| Hillcrest Guest House, St. John US Virgin Islands Vacation Rental Agreement Site Map E-Mail 340 776-6774 or 340 998-8388 Unforgetable Rates THIS AGREEMENT made when you book, between Phyllis Hall, Owner of the Hillcrest Guest House, St. John US Virgin Islands. It is hereby agreed that Guest shall rent on a short-term basis from the Owner the property known as Hillcrest Guest House, located at No. 157 Estate Enighed, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands for the rental amount paid in advance for one or more of the following suites: Front Suite , Caribbean Ocean View Suite Sunset Suite, Tropical Garden Suite. Orchid Suite Peaceful Retreat (Ground Floor Apt.) Amenities. 1. A deposit of 50% of the Grand Total for each suite is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If balance is $1000 and over, then you may pay 1/3 now, 1/3 60 days prior to arrival and the final 1/3 30 days prior to arrival. PAYMENT: Payment made by Credit card will say Travel Doctors , Expedia, or Bed and Breakfast. Made checks payable to: Phyllis Hall and mail to P.O. Box 33, St. John, US Virgin Islands 00831 CANCELLATION: If you cancel 15 days or less, you forfeit the entire amount. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date, you forfeit 50%. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. See Travel Doctors.com, and ask for Patty. No shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures are non-refundable. PICK UP SERVICE: Ms. Hall, will arrange to meet you at the Cruz Bay Dock in St. John and take you to Hillcrest Guest House, free of charge, if flight information is sent at least 2 days prior to arrival and the following information is provided. Owner shall provide all utilities, furnishings, towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies. Owner will also provide at no extra cost, every 3 days, fresh linen. Complimentary food menu is included at no extra charge. In addition, Ms. Hall will be available during your stay to respond to any Guest inquiries. Housekeeping Services - The units are cleaned for your arrival and following your departure. Guest agrees to leave room in about the same condition as found and to return keys upon departure. The number of Guests shall not exceed the number of Guests on this rental agreement. If more people are found to occupy premises than on the rental agreement, Guest agrees to pay for the additional people. Missing items, damage to premises and excessive cleanup will be charged to you. Guest agrees to pay for any damage made. Owner assumes no liability for property loss or damage, nor liability for accidents or injury on the premises. Guest is responsible for room and for his/her/their guests during occupancy of Hillcrest Guest House suites. ZERO TOLERANCE: Guest and the members of his party shall not use or permit to be brought into Hillcrest any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property. In addition, smoking on premises is not allowed. It is a non-smoking guest house. USE OF THE PREMISES: Hillcrest is located in a residential neighborhood. Guest shall be quiet and peacefully enjoy the premises so as not to disturb other guests.
