WITNESSETH It is hereby agreed that Guest shall rent on a short-term basis from the Owner the property known as Hillcrest Guest House, located at No. 157 Estate Enighed, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, Arrival Date _________________, 200( ) to Departure Date __________________200( ) for the rental amount paid in advance by check, as shown below: Please put an "x" next to the suite you want.____Front Suite , ____Caribbean Ocean View Suite ____Southern Suite, ___Tropical Garden Suite. ______Orchid Suite _____Peaceful Retreat Amenities. Calendar The number of people occupying Hillcrest Guest House suites shall be no more than four {4} for the Southern Suite,the Peaceful Retreat, the Tropical Garden Suite and Orchid Suite.Two (2) for the Front Suite and Caribbean Ocean View Suite. The total rental amount plus 8% tax ; equals $____________. 1. To Hold the Reservation, send deposit of $300 with signed contract and it will be subtracted from your total. 2. Due Two Months [60 days] Before Arrival Balance of First half of rent $_____________ (Minus $300 deposit). 3. You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days of your arrival the deposit of $300.00 will not be refund. 14 day or less, you forfeit the entire amount. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. No shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. PICK UP SERVICE: Ms. Hall, will arrange to meet you at the Cruz Bay Dock in St. John and take you to Hillcrest Guest House, free of charge, if flight information is sent at least 2 days prior to arrival and the following information is provided. Departure Date and Time:______________________ Owner shall provide all utilities, furnishings, towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies. Owner will also provide at no extra cost, every 3 days, fresh linen. Complimentary food menu is included at no extra charge. In addition, Ms. Hall will be available during your stay to respond to any Guest inquiries. Guest agrees to leave room in about the same condition as found and to return keys upon departure. The number of Guests shall not exceed the number of Guests on this rental agreement. If more people are found to occupy premises than on the rental agreement, Guest agrees to pay for the additional people. Missing items, damage to premises and excessive cleanup will be charged to you. Guest agrees to pay for any damage made. Owner assumes no liability for property loss or damage, nor liability for accidents or injury on the premises. Guest is responsible for room and for his/her/their guests during occupancy of Hillcrest Guest House suites. ZERO TOLERANCE: Guest and the members of his party shall not use or permit to be brought into Hillcrest any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property. In addition, smoking on premises is not allowed. It is a non-smoking guest house. USE OF THE PREMISES: Hillcrest is located in a residential neighborhood.
